Time: Friday night Theory 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start – Saturday Morning Practical 8:30am – 4:00pm

The Theory training will cover:
- The Environment and Ethics
- 4WD’s on the road
- How a 4WD works
- Driving Techniques
- Introduction to Recovery
- Safety and Accessories
The Practical Training will cover:
- Difference between 2WD and a 4WD
- Vehicles up to 45 degree angles
- Stop/Start on a hill
- Hills – Assents and Descents
- Mud, Sand, Rocks, Ruts and Water Crossings
You will also receive a certificate of participation upon successful completion of the course.
Training is open to anyone who wants to learn and improve their 4W Driving skills ($270)
plus to complete the course you are also required to have 4×4 Club Membership ($90) payable to the Sandhurst 4WD Club.
Our trainer is fully trained and experienced in popular four-wheel drive makes and models.
The course will boost your confidence, skill, and knowledge in a safe manner in driving your vehicle
