Come and enjoy the last drive of the year around Pyrenees State Forest near Avoca and catch up around the fire at night for the club’s Christmas party.
The details
We are base camping at Moonambel Recreation Reserve, Stawell-Avoca Road Moonambel. The club has a number of powered and un-powered sites booked. Powered sites are limited and on a first-in basis. Toilets and showers are available.
- Friday night 30/11, Camping (optional)
- Saturday 1/12, Day drive through Pyrenees State Forest, leaving Moonambel at 9am
- Saturday night, Christmas party + camp ovens around the fire
- Sunday 2/12, Another drive in the state forest
The day drives will include 4wd’ing, don’t forget to bring basic recovery gear.
Camp Fees
Fees are $10 per night non-powered and $15 per night powered.
Bring cash for your camp fees, as they will come around and collect fees.
