Name badges are optional and aren't included in your membership fees. If you don't want a name badge, another option is to get your name printed on your club shirts. Use this form for ordering badges and bring payment to the next meeting. We don't place orders every month so you may have to wait until we have a few orders to get your badge. Please put the names as you'd like them to appear on the badges. You can use first name only, first name + last name, or a nickname. You can order badges for full members and associate members (eg. spouse and children)
